The application and measurement circuits for each channel are independent

■ The maximum applied voltage is 250V/500V/1000V

■ Maximum current: 50mA/ch (250V/500V) and 20mA/ch (1000V)

■ Channels are 10 to 200ch

• The 250V model is equipped with an "instant stop function" for fault analysis. The 250V board has the capability to monitor current at 50 μsec intervals and immediately turn off application if a threshold is exceeded. This is a function to stop current overload damage for fault analysis
